deleting your account.

ZenFlow lets you sit without an account. If you did create one — with email, Google, or Apple — you can delete it and everything tied to it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what goes.
1. from inside the app
Open ZenFlow, go to Profile → Settings (the gear icon), and tap Delete Account. Confirm once. This immediately removes your meditation history from our servers and signs you out.
ZenFlow shares a single DJUMP sign-in across our apps. When ZenFlow is the last DJUMP app connected to your account, deleting here also removes the account itself — your email and profile.
2. by email
If you have already removed the app, or can't sign in, write to start@djump.io from the address you signed up with, with the subject “delete my account.” We verify the request, delete your account and data, and email you when it's done.
3. what gets deleted
- Your meditation session history — durations, chosen sounds, completion, and timestamps.
- Your profile (name and email held for the account).
- Your DJUMP sign-in, when ZenFlow is the last of our apps linked to it.
4. what we can't delete for you
- Subscription and purchase records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat live in their systems under their terms. Manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play; ask those providers to remove their purchase records.
- Crash reports (via Sentry) are not linked to your identity and age out automatically, so there is nothing account-specific to remove there.
5. how long it takes
Deletion from inside the app is immediate. Email requests are handled as quickly as we can, and within 30 days at the latest.
