zenflow
i · a meditation timer

sit. breathe. begin.

zenflow is a meditation timer — with a handful of ambient sounds, when silence isn't enough, and a breath to follow before you sit. calm, unhurried. made for a daily practice, not a curriculum.

open the timer

twenty minutes.
a sound, or silence.
one bell.

ii · three quiet capabilities

the timer

set it. forget it. one bell at the end. the screen dims, the numerals fade, and the room becomes a room again.

the sounds

rain, ocean, a far-off fire — a handful of sounds for when silence isn't enough. or none at all. you choose, each time you sit.

the breath

a circle that swells and settles, pacing your breath before you sit. four-seven-eight, or box. follow it, or simply watch.

iii · the bell

the bell is a tibetan singing bowl, recorded in a small room in klaipėda. one clear note to close the sit.

beneath it, rain or ocean if you chose one. the sound stays quiet. the bell has the last word.

iv · quietly asked

will the app shame me if i miss days?

no. it keeps a quiet count of your days — a streak, if you care to look — but there are no notifications, no nudges. miss a week and the number simply begins again. your practice is yours.

does it have guided meditations?

no voices, by design. zenflow doesn't talk you through a sit — it gives you a timer, a few sounds, and a breath to follow, then goes quiet. if you want a teacher, find a teacher.

is my practice private?

yes. your sits and your streak live in your own account, in a secure database in the eu — only you can read them. nothing is sold, nothing is shared, nothing becomes an ad.

what about longer sits?

the timer runs from five to thirty minutes — the longer sits come with the paid plan. set a daily intention if you like, or ignore it. it doesn't ask what tradition you sit in.
