These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ZenFlow ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

ZenFlow is a mindfulness and meditation app that helps you build a daily meditation practice. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any purpose other than personal meditation and mindfulness practice
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app to collect or store data about other individuals

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

3. Free and Premium Plans

ZenFlow offers a free tier and a premium subscription:

• Free: 3 timer presets (5, 10, 15 min), 2 ambient sounds (Rain, Silence), basic breathing exercise (4-7-8), and 7 days of session history
• Premium ($3.99/month): Unlimited custom timers, 10+ ambient sounds, all breathing patterns, guided meditation sessions, and detailed statistics with unlimited history

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

4. Health Disclaimer

ZenFlow is a general wellness tool and does not provide medical advice. While meditation has many documented benefits, it is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you experience any discomfort or adverse effects during meditation, please stop and consult a healthcare professional. The app's breathing exercises and timers are general guides and may not be suitable for everyone.

5. Intellectual Property

ZenFlow and its original content, features, ambient sound references, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission. Your meditation data and personal records remain yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that session tracking data will be completely accurate. The app is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional health advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any health outcomes related to following or not following the app's meditation or breathing exercise suggestions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and meditation data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
